We’ve designed the New Year’s Challenge to help you build a meditation habit that will stick.

The challenge kicks off January 7, and lasts for 3 weeks. Your goal: meditate for at least 15 days (daily-ish, as we like to say).

Here’s how it works:

  • Each day we’ll send you a handpicked meditation, making it easy to get started

  • We chose content that’s good for beginners as well as experienced meditators (we even included some sessions from our newest course!)

  • You can track your meditation sessions to keep tabs on your progress

  • Want more encouragement? Invite your friends to join you in the Challenge
